I am  a retired mortgage banker with 38 years lending experience.  I do not actively originate  except for my own  portfolio but I am more than glad to refer to any of my many contacts. Would like to try my hand at a few flips to build some additional cash reserves and then buy and hold. I will also consider hard money deals but will require some down payment on the property being purchased.
