Hello my name is Alexis. I am very new to RE. I have been learning about wholesaling since August and I am starting to take action. I live downriver and intend on wholesaling here as well. Can anyone recommend  a knowledgeable title company as well as an attorney? TIA

Hey Alexis check out Chirco Title there very investor friendly! They do assignments and double closings, Ask for Mike Luberto! Another title company is Michigan Investment Title I've  heard good things about them, but haven't used them yet. Hope this helps!

Namaste!
