Newbie from Atlanta
My name is Jasmine, I'm 22 and just about to graduate college in May. I'm here because I want to start a career in Real Estate Investing before graduating so I won't have to go through that whole, 'what do I do now that school is over part,' since I don't want to work for some company I'll probably be miserable at. I want to focus on wholesaling first toiled csh flow, then work my way to fix and flips, buy and holds, and eventually commercial properties. I feel like I've feel like I've learned everything I can, though I have yet to start. So I'm taking any and all good advice!
