Hey Everyone! My name is Joseph out here in Riverside, CA. Just starting to invest in real estate after years of researching. I've been reading posts on BiggerPockets.com for a while now, so Thanks to all that have been contributing their comments on posts. It all helps a lot. Currently reading through Brandon Turner's book on Rental Property Investing.
