Very green investor trying to learn

Hello BP,

My name is Culley, I'm from Atlanta but currently I live in Clovis, a small town in New Mexico.

I'm an inexperienced investor with only two deals under my belt, and I'd like to work towards moving this from a 'free-time' hobby to a Part-time business. I'm thirsty to learn about most investment strategies but to start I'm currently focusing my attention on flipping. My biggest knowledge gaps are financing, finding deals, and exit strategies. I'm Currently searching for a mentor in my area to help me overcome the newbie hurdles and guide me through the pitfalls encountered by neophyte investors.

Thanks for your welcome, and I look forward to learning more from the forum, podcasts, and tools here.

-Culley
