I'm very glad I found this site. Looks like a great source for investors. I am a part-time investor. I started back in the early '80s. I've mostly dealt with rehabs and foreclosures.

Currently, I am into unfinished new construction. I haven't got the deal I'm looking for at this time. The banks are still holding out for more than I will end up paying shortly.

I also have a blog which I have just recently begun to sell advertisements to Realtors. Helps keep me up to date on the local market.
