Good Evening

I am new to Bigger Pockets, came to post ads of the wholesale properties I have for sell. I have been doing fairly well with wholesaling hope to flip a property by the end of this year preferably this summer. Ultimately goal to buy and hold multifamily properties. Have a dream to own Gated Communities! Excited to even think about it. Will take any advice on finding cash buyers and on Landlord hotspots. Currently I have a property in Juniata Park 19124 that has to GO.
