Hello everyone,

I'm relatively new to investing and real estate, but I work with a group of investors with close to $5 million in liquidity exclusively for flips. I'm interested in hearing from anyone who has experience flipping homes in the San Francisco Bay Area (Particularly Alameda County) and in the more desirable areas of Los Angeles.

We are actively pursuing any and all opportunities in these areas.  As a backround, the group I am working with has privately invested in over 50 flip properties in the past 5 years.  We operate primarily through trustee sales, but they have begun to dry up in our immediate vicinity (Santa Cruz County, California).  I'm attempting to broaden our market and possibly looking for people interested in making money doing legwork in areas we are considering for expansion or who can offer advisory services to give us perspective on these new markets.

Best,

James
