Hello all,

My name is Robert and I am a 19 year old ,second year student in college (Maryland). The reason I stumbled upon this website is because I am looking to learn and apply knowledge that the average joe does not seek out and build toward securing my financial freedom. I am looking to learn all about real estate investments and see how I can apply it moving forward. Where I see myself post graduation is starting off by living with my parents for a year to save up some wealth then moving into a live-in flip and then transition to either flipping homes or renting out multifamily properties.  Looking forward to learning and contributing to this community!
