Hey Everyone,

22 yr old looking to learn. I'm currently in the real estate industry as a vendor (3D Virtual Tours) and soon to be agent (Licensing exam on 3/7/16). Don't even remember how I stumbled upon BP but I am officially HOOKED!

Just started listening to the podcasts and was blown away by the amount of value that was packed in each one. Had to start getting involved in the community.

I'm currently teaming up with a buddy of mine who opened up a REIT. I'm looking to gain as much knowledge as possible before making our first deal. Probably somewhere within the tristate area.

Been hearing some good stuff about CT and PA as somewhere to start with under 50K.

Would love to hear any feedback.

I'm always open to learning more, and really look forward to getting to know the BP community more.
