Hello, all.  This is Tonya from Maryland.  I am a United States Navy veteran, local government employee, and currently preparing for the real estate licensing exam with Coldwell Banker, Fells Point.  At this stage, wholesaling appears to be the entry point for me to tap into the investment world, however, I am open to any and all advise from the professionals.  Being thankful to have found this forum, I look forwarding to networking and learning from you all.
