Hi,

I started looking to purchase my first investment property a couple months ago and somehow found my way to bp.

Would like to express my thanks to those of you who clearly go out of your way to contribute here.

In the past couple of weeks I've learned so much from devouring the content on this site and am exceedingly grateful because it's obvious I would've made a rather expensive mistake had I followed my original plan.

I look forward to meeting some new people, continuing to learn about real estate investing and hope to give back when I've got some hard earned knowledge of my own to share.
