Hello everyone my name is Calvin Williams and i am a Newbie to BiggerPockets. I live in Rome New York. I am here to build Relationships with other investors and to grow in this market as a investor that gives everyone a fair shake when it come to doing business. I like to rehab/ buy and hold properties. But now i am ready to explore in different areas of the Real Estate Business, such as flipping/wholesaling and multifamily. Any advice/help will be much appreciated. I will take what i learn and pay it forward to anyone that seek the knowledge that i have already and gain from this community. I am really excited to get started on this new journey in my life.
