Hi,

My name is Scott and I'm new to Real Estate Investing but really excited about the potential.  I've been a home owner for the past 20 years, but that is a the extent of my experience.  I would like to start this adventure to generate passive income at some point and leave a future to my family.  I look forward to being an active member in this community and learn from people how have been there/done that.
