I am somewhere between a newbie and a rookie real estate investor.  I have done a great deal of research and analyzed many deals but have not yet made my first transaction other than a primary residential purchase and subsequent sale a few years later.  I am looking to create mutually-beneficial business relationships to move my real estate investing forward.  I am initially interested in wholesaling, fix-and-flip, and multi-family residence buy-and-hold.  Let's do this...
