Hello everyone, I have had the opportunity over the last several months to read and learn a lot here on the BiggerPockets forums and blogs. I am prepared to make my first deal in the Grand Rapids MI area, what a terrifying and exciting thing to do. I look forward to learning from and being a part of this community.
