Hello everyone. Discovered this site while listening to the Stacking Benjamins podcast. I am active duty Navy for the past 16 years. My wife and I own one rental property which was previously our primary home. So we are at the very beginning of experience level but we are eager to learn and build a business. Our goal is to have an LLC and own 10-15 units generating cash flow. We want to be able to live entirely on passive income once I retire from the Navy in about nine years. Looking forward to meeting others and getting educated.
