New to Real Estate Investing in Charleston, SC

Hello, everyone!

I am fairly new to real estate investing in the Charleston, South Carolina area and I would like to learn as much, and as quickly as possible, the ins and outs of real estate investing (REI). More specifically, I would love to direct my focus primarily on the Wholesaling aspect of REI to build capital with the intent of moving on to flipping properties. All suggestions, ideas, or even constructive criticisms are welcome.

Welcome, David,

There is a TON of good info on this site.  I also recommend reading everything you can get your hands on.  I recommend that new wholesalers read and study "The wholesaler's Bible" by Than Merrill in addition to all the great info available on BP.  Feel free to call me if you need specific guidance.  My phone number, website and email are in my member profile.

I second that. I have it on audible and listen to a couple times over. He does E Myth Real Estae Investor to where he talks about some similar concepts and goes further into others.
