A bit of advice for a young member?

Hello!

My name Is Owen and I love investments and the economy. I'm currently in University studying Commerce administration. Lately I've been getting back into the love of property investments. As a student (about to be 20) finding sources of revenue is something scarce. I started to become interested in renting apartments or buy a place to rent out. (I will find a way to fund it) but how would a student go about doing so and is it too early for me to be doing such things? I've had a passion for this sector since I was a kid and I'd love to actually make it a reality but would love to get the experienced peoples advice!

PS. I,m not asking for a mentor I'm just asking a bit of advice in general so I can really know if this is for me or not.

Thanks again guys!
