I have just begun my Realestate journey. I purchased my first rental property in December of 2015 and hope to purchase my second by the middle of 2016. From there I plan on purchasing at least 2 properties a year for the next 5 years. While doing this I hope to look into flipping properties. Eventually I hope to being purchasing commercial properties.
