Wholesaling properties

Hello!  My name is Sandra Hersey. I have been interested in learning to flip houses. I recently attended a 3 day seminar in Charlotte NC with Than Merrill's associates.  I was informed that it would be in my best interests to start with wholesaling properties.  I have no experience in the field. I have taken a real estate course several years ago and passed, but did not attempt to go for the licensing exam. I will be checking here with members of bigger pockets, reading about personal experiences and any tips or suggestions. Hopefully, I will be able to  share my own experiences later on with intentions of helping others. I look forward to listening to anyone who has less than desireable outcomes or their success stories.
