New member in Boston Massachusetts area
Hi Everyone,
I am a new member from Massachusetts. As an experienced real estate developer and investor I am looking to meet new people. My firm is currently doing infill development in the Boston area. We are getting started together. Currently working on a two-family condo conversion. Also, looking to do some small mixed-use development in the near future. Anyone who is in my area don't hesitate to reach out for conversation. I am interested in meeting investors, other developers, contractors, and brokers.

@Robert Andrade - Infill development is buying a property and increasing the density on that buy either tearing down the existing building and putting up more units or buy renovating the existing building and adding more units.
