Hello! My name is Emily and I am new to BP.  I have been a licensed real estate agent since I was 22 and have always dreamed of owning and managing my own properties.  I am preparing to purchase my first investment property this year and have been listening to the BP podcast nonstop in an attempt to learn as much as I can about investing!
