Hi All,

 I have been a member on  the site but haven't post too often. I am currently looking to start my portfolio with MFP buy and hold in the South Jersey area. I am most interested in using bigger pockets to gain information and a network. Is there anyone in the area that is already part of a network in place? If so I'd love to chat with you and see what I can offer.
