Minnesota Realtor & Creative RE Investor (or maybe a wannabe!)

Hello - I own 10 rental units and am moving into the flipping business. I am interested in pre-foreclosure investing and would like to better understand how I might make that work. I am interested in joint-ventures as well. I come at it from the money side and partner with trusted contractor to get the rehab done.

Once done - I list and sell the property to retail buyers.

Thanks,
