Hello everyone! My is Jason Harbison and I am from the Pittsburgh area. Biggerpockets and real estate business are both basically new to me. For the past 6 years I have been a Project Manager for a commercial general contractor but I have always been interested in flipping houses. I came across BP podcasts/videos on youtube initially. They were so informative and intriguing that I just had to join. My wife saw this excitement in me so she decided to surprise me with a membership to BP for Valentines day!! Pretty awesome! So now I am in the process of finding that first house to flip and more importantly trying to find the funds to pull it off! Anxiety and excitement are overwhelming at this point but I know the resources are out there!! That is why I am proud to be a member of the BP community!
