Hi!  My name is Liz and I'm a brand new member to this site.  I'm a full time flipper in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.  I'm a licensed agent and have 5 years experience in residential property management.  I'm looking to expand my network and learn as much as I can from my fellow flippers out there!  Thanks for reading!
