I have been reading the blogs and listening to podcasts on this site for about two weeks, yet I feel like I have been on the site for much longer! The information on this site is invaluable and I intend to take advantage of it to the fullest. My experience in real estate is limited to the purchase of my primary residence and becoming an accidental landlord due to job relocation. I am here to learn more about REI and start ACTIVELY wholesaling and flipping! No more dilly dallying :-)
