Just want to say this is such a great group of people, I have been a member for a while but have been mostly reading and listening to podcasts.  I figured it was time to introduce myself and join the discussion.  I am a real estate agent in Cheyenne WY and also interested in real estate investing.  Me and my husband purchased our first duplex last year and so far has been going well.  I look forward to getting to know everyone.  Thanks!
