Greetings Y'all.  My name is Chandler and I am a true real estate investing newbie. My experience stops at owning my primary residence.  I have just recently begun thinking about creating a real estate business to help my family reach our financials goals.

I'd like to begin with small multi-family properties to establish positive income streams.  With success I would like to move into larger projects, perhaps flipping or commercial.
