Hello Everyone, My name is Ken.  I am a 48 year old married father of twin girls.  I am looking to start in real estate by flipping houses with my wife.  We both work full time so this will be a side venture.  I have no experience in real estate but I am very enthusiastic about learning and I am prepared to take the risk and put in the work necessary to be successful at it.  This seems like a great forum and I look forward to interacting with the many members here.
