Hi everyone. My name is Kara Brown and I am hoping this will be a great forum to learn as much as possible about buying and selling investment properties and "flipping" my life toward the better!  I am a divorced mom and sole provider for my wonderful 12 year old son and am ready to create REAL financial freedom and stability for my little family!  Hopefully I can do something good for others along the way.  My profession is physical therapy and although it has served me adequately these past 15 years,  I am tired of working for large corporations. I feel a bit intimidated by the financing aspect of investing and will need to initially use OPM.  Please be aware that my work doesn't allow for much free time 8:30-5pm to check emails and the site so the evenings and Sundays are going to be my focus for communicating.  Look forward to hearing from you.
