Hi everyone, I am a student dentist living in Houston currently, and plan on moving back to the south DFW metroplex area (where I am from) within the year.  I am excited about investing and my motivation is passive income.  I am here to learn, grow, and hopefully someday mentor others.

BP has a lot to offer regarding education as I"m sure you've seen. The books they put out are great, especially The Book on Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner.
