Hello Everyone,
Happy to be a part of Bigger Pockets and excited to learn from all of you. I am a 33 year old restaurant owner from Long Island, NY. I stumbled upon this site while doing a google search on "success path real estate". I had just attended a seminar and was pitched on a 3 day workshop. Anyway, I found the information here at BP to be extremely helpful. After doing a little digging, I decided to join the community. Looking forward to a prosperous career in real estate investing.

Welcome Brian,
I am also a newbie and I also got caught by the "seminar". I paid for the 3 day only to find out that you have to sign up for more classes to the tune of 20-40K. I think you will get more info on this site.
