Hello All,

I have been absent for sometime here at bigger pockets. I just moved from California back here to Baltimore. I am really trying to focus and buckle down on continuing my real estate investing. I currently have a rental property in South Carolina and I also did a flip in California. I am looking to acquire new properties to rent in the Baltimore area.
