New in Kingman, AZ

Hey guys! My name is Kyle Ellico, I'm from Kingman, AZ, and I'm new to REI! I'm looking to buy my first property this year, probably using a USDA loan and living there for whatever the required amount of time is(if there is one with USDA). I've been listening to every episode of the podcast, I'm on 73 now. I've read a few books, mostly the rich dad series, and one about securing financing. What else would you guys suggest I do?
