Hi, 

My name is Teresa Castellon. I've been studying different Real Estate investing techniques. I have tried some, but still want to explore more. I am a licensed Real Estate Agent and willing to work with investors to buy and sell properties from the MLS. Let me know!

I want to start doing wholesaling and may be rehabbing.  I am in San Bernardino California and want to start local, but will want to expand to other states.
