I am a new investor in the Bartlesville, Ok area.  Im not sure how much ill be able to contribute!  I have been soaking up the podcasts and reading a lot of material on investing in the real estate market.  Im here to ask questions and mooch off of everyones knowledge!  Maybe one day ill be able to contribute in some way!!  Bartlesville is an interesting little market.  It pretty much fluctuates in correlation with conocophillips and p66.  The ups and downs can really create and exciting real-estate environment that might not be happening even 50 miles down the road!
