Howdy everyone,

My name is David Roach from the small city of Burkeville in east Texas. My current craft is working in the IT field and have been for over 16 years now. My goal of joining BP is to gain a better understanding of the many aspects of real estate. With all of the big hype productions of this and that its really hard for anyone like myself to know what is good information and what's not.  I like the idea of note flipping and owner financing to help others acheive their goals while making money for myself. I look forward to chatting with folks and learning from everyone.
