Hey everyone!

I'm joining this awesome website from Minnesota. i have been a licensed agent for almost 3 years and have a few purchases under my belt. I'm ready to get more serious about this career path and would love to eventually make it my primary career path. My current interests are in the property investment/house flipping/whole-selling realms but am open to learning about anything and everything real estate! Would love to have a mentor but have no idea how to go about finding one. 

I am hungry to learn and determined to succeed!
