I'm in the investigative phase of deciding whether REI is for me. I've owned 3 successful service businesses (none of which catered to Real Estate) so this is a new path for me. I'm intrigued by the potential that is out there but am having a challenge in filtering through the hype that comes with every "system" or "guru" out there.
