Hello my name is John M Dietz. I am a General Contractor in Utah.  My wife and daughter are Real Estate Agents, however I am interested in Real Estate investing and flipping homes. Although I know my way around restoring homes I am new to Real Estate investing and look forward to any help and input. I have viewed several webinars on this, but don't yet feel educated or comfortable enough to move forward.
