Hi everyone,

I'm Ben and I live in Austin.  I currently have one rental property and am looking to add more soon.  I'm here to learn from and connect with people in my area and meet potential investment partners.  My goal is to create enough cash flow through rentals to leave my traditional job behind and focus on real estate full time.

I'd also like some advice from people who own rentals in areas where they do not reside.  The prices of prime real estate in Austin are much higher than they are in places like Waco so I am curious about the pros and cons of being able to quickly acquire multiple properties vs owning fewer but more expensive properties.

Thanks for reading and I hope to hear and learn from a lot of you in the future!

Ben
