Hello everyone. My husband and I just bought our first duplex in December. We are living in one unit  and renting the other. We want to purchase more multifamily properties to help us reach financial independence and support our retirement. We have two little girls under the age of four and want to spend as much time with them now before they get all grown up on us.  We are very excited to learn as much as we can to be great landlords and and great investors.
