New Member in Nashville

Hello Everyone!

I'm a Finance guy, M.B.A., Management Consultant, have invested before elsewhere, and currently hold one single family home in Nashville.  I wish to learn from locals how to get a foothold and purchase a few more singles or duplexes in the Nashville area.  I'm hoping to find a few highly-experienced investors who can help me network and/or find the best real estate investors group in town, give me some ideas for finding and buying locally, and make some friends too!
