Hi there! I'm new to real estate investing and am getting more hooked by the day!  I'm still learning the basics and so far and after a handful of BP podcast episodes and reading the UBG am really interested in the following areas:

 -Wholesaling

-Buy and Hold (single family and small multi-family units)

 I'm definitely keeping an open mind, however, and would love to learn about other strategies and niches.

I work full-time as an ER physician in the greater Boston area and believe my particular skill set equips me well for long-term success in REI despite being somewhat of a late bloomer. I look forward to meeting fellow investors and learning from you all!
