Hello everyone,
My name is Dave and I'm from Berwick Maine.I currently own a commercial building here in Berwick which I lease to our business and a single family residence in New Hampshire that is a rental.My wife and would like to expand our involvement in real estate investing by buying and flipping some houses.
We would like to connect with other investors in the area to help steer us in the right direction.

@Sean Callahan- You may want to check out our Southern Maine Real Estate Investors Association meetings which are typically held the 3rd Weds. of the month. Our next meeting is March 16th at 6:30pm. We meet at the office of Darling Properties, LLC- 582 US Rte. in Scarborough. cost is $10.00 per person
