Hey All,

My Name is Paul Vu, I have been recently introduced to Bigger Pockets through a podcast episode on the Radical Personal Finance with Josh Sheats. I had just recently graduated just a year and a half ago from San Jose State University in Mechanical Engineering. I got my first career job right out of College and have been saving up since. However, being that I live in one of the most expensive areas of America. I am still no where near enough income to start investing towards my first real estate property evendo I have a decent paying job. I would like to be an investor in my immediate area but the typical average single family home is priced around upwards of $700,000.

My whole rationale behind joining lies in my desire to have real estate investing as my secondary job.  If I am not on the Bigger Pockets forum then you can expect to catch me on the water. I absolutely love to go kayak fishing during the weekends. My ultimate dream towards the end of my career would be to have enough assets such that I can travel the world and go fishing one boat at a time.
