Hi from everywhere (Saratoga/Albany, NY, Fort Myers/Tampa, FL)

Hi everyone,

I am currently transitioning out of the Marine Corps after 8 years and will be in upstate New York in the Saratoga/Albany area. However I plan on moving back to south Florida (Fort Myers, Cape, or Tampa) within the the next two years. I'm looking to get started by buying a multifamily home (preferably in Tampa but I'm open to wherever the wind takes me!). 

I look forward to interacting with everyone here and can't wait to be the old-head passing on wisdom rather than the noob on the sideline :)
