New Member/Agent/Investor From Southern New Hampshire!

Hey everyone, new member from southern New Hampshire here! I'm 21 years old, so I guess I would say I'm on the younger side of the group here on BP. Currently I am a junior at the University of New Hampshire set to graduate next year, but I also recently received my real estate license to help with my investing and to potentially help others invest as well.

I have to confess that I've used BP as a resource for a number of months now and am just now making an account! However many of the guides on here have helped me immensely, and I went under contract on my first property last week.
